What days do you ship?

We ship Monday - Thursday every week. We ship using UPS Priority Overnight. This means your order is scheduled to arrive the morning after we ship. Not necessarily the morning after you place your order. Orders will be delivered Tuesday - Friday. We do not have a weekend delivery option. 

 

How do I add to my existing order?

To add to your original order you can do one of the following:

Option 1 - Email us (jfox@mysaltwaterfishstore.com) letting us know there are additional items of interest you would like to add to your order. We will offer you a credit to cover shipping overages at checkout. However, if your additional items exceed $150 you will no longer qualify for a credit as you would then already have free shipping at checkout.

Option 2 - Checkout with your new order without a credit. We will refund for the shipping overages after the order is placed. This is a good option if you do not want to wait for an email back.

Regardless of which option you choose, YOU MUST: write us a note in the comments section at checkout stating you would like the new order shipped together with your original order.

 

I have delivery / color / size preferences. How do I let you know?

Please leave us a note in the comments section at checkout stating your preferences. We always try our best to accommodate your requests. 

 

There were issues upon arrival. How do I move forward?

Should there be any issues upon arrival (Livestock is Dead on Arrival, Missing shipment, Missing item, etc.), please take photos while the fish are still in their original packaging. Please make sure the photos are in focus and easy to see the specimen. You may send us an email letting us know what item there was an issue with; be sure to include your photos in with the email. If the issue was not about DOA, please send us an email regarding the problem. We will do our best to make things right!

 

I'm in the area and would like to do a Local Pickup to save on shipping.

Please send us an email letting us know a few days ahead of time that you are in/ coming to the area. We will need to schedule an appointment for a contactless curbside pickup
