    Spiny Box Puffers

Posted by Tom on 10th Nov 2017

I ordered two of these guys. One was perfect. The other one was missing half of his tail fin and appeared to be partially blind. The good one ate immediately, the other took a while before he figured out where the food was. He is eating okay now and I expect both of them to do well. The fin was disappointing.

Took almost 1 week for it to start eating but now it really loves to eat freeze dried Krill! Very cool looking puffer with the spikes

    Striped Burrfish Alert & Happy

Posted by Heather C in NC on 25th Nov 2016

Arrived in NC from Fla in November via overnight shipping. Opened the box and he was alert and swimming around. 45 min acclimation time and he was eating raw shrimp off a skewer by the end of the night. Cute little guy. About 4.5" long. Price was 75% LESS than LFS

    Great addition to the tank

Posted by Unknown on 8th Nov 2015

I am so thrilled with this purchase - so healthy and handsome and already very active - not at all shy. Haven't been able to get him to eat yet but I'm sure he will soon. Not bothering anybody, just busy exploring the tank.

    Spiny Box Puffer

Posted by Sherri Loghry on 14th May 2015

Ichabod (after Crane...he did not have ich) arrived feisty and ready to join the community! Love love love him!!! Searched everywhere and My Saltwater Fish was the only place who had one. He had a bit of trouble at first puffing up and swimming, but by day two everything seemed regulated and he ate garlic krill from a feeder stick and loved it. My porcupine puffer instantly took to him. They sleep together under some Tonga Branch. Excellent addition. There are also 2 green spotted puffers, a snowflake eel, and two picasso triggers in the community too. All get along just fine. Will definitely buy again in the future.
