Fighting Conch

Although the name implies this species to be aggressive, the Fighting Conch actually tends to get along with other tank mates. The Fighting Conch uses it's sand sifting abilities to keep your tank clean. They will not be able to climb, however, they are capable of making their way over rocks that lie on your tank floor.

The Fighting Conch has a large appetite and performs best when well fed. They are omnivores, which will typically eat anything ranging from fresh fish to dried seaweed. Keep in mind that Fighting Conch's are bottom feeders, and will also ingest detritus in your tank.
