Also formerly known as Astraea phoebia and sometimes referred to as Astralium phoebium, the Ninja Snail is a hardy, peaceful algae grazer with a dark, stealthy shell that gives it its name. Native to Caribbean reefs, it actively feeds on algae and biofilm, helping keep rockwork and glass clean while adding subtle natural beauty to your tank. Thriving in established aquariums with stable water conditions and plenty of rock, Ninja Snails are a low-maintenance, eye-catching addition to reef and fish-only systems.
