So we need better photos; this is a fantastic Hot Pink Ricordea for sale, sourced directly from the waters off the Florida Keys. It also has some green tentacles on it as well which ads a nice contrast to the Pink tentacle. This will look amazing in your saltwater aquarium adding a nice pop of stunning color. Florida ricordea are easy to care for and definitely more hardy than Yuma mushrooms.

Pink Ricordea Mushroom Specifications

The Pink Ricordea Mushroom that we sell are always more than 1” in diameter. Please place them near other ricordea mushrooms and not too close to other kinds of coral – they do tend to be a little aggressive. They will attach to any hard substrate. Once they are established, you can frag them if you want.

Caring for Your Ricordia Coral

Florida ricordea really are easy to take care of, as long as you have your aquarium setup right (correct lighting and water conditions) and maintain it on a regular basis. They don’t really need too much additional food as utilize photosynthetic and chemosynthetic food production. You can supplement with zooplankton or phytoplankton to keep them happy and healthy.

Other requirements for your mushroom coral:

• Low to moderate lighting - PAR 80 - 250
• Water flow should be low to moderate
• Keep the water temperature around 75 to 80 degrees.
