Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp (small/medium)

The Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp (Lysmata amboinensis) is successful in environments with dim light, plenty of rock cover, and a good sandy substrate. Similar to most other cleaning shrimp, the Scarlet Cleaning Shrimp are intolerant of copper or high nitrate levels, but need a correct level of iodine in the water to promote proper molting. As far as what they will eat, they will accept any freeze-dried or frozen foods and also bottom feeder tablets.
